Krypton Industries provides full-service digital marketing solutions, including but not limited to Performance Marketing, Funnel & Campaign Design, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Content & Distribution, Marketing Automation, Analytics & Attribution, and related consulting services. All services are provided according to project agreements, pricing packages, and deliverables mutually agreed upon in writing. Krypton Industries reserves the right to modify services offered at any time without prior notice.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for Krypton Industries to deliver its services. This includes access to accounts, platforms, website data, creative assets, and other resources. Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services, and Krypton Industries is not responsible for client actions or omissions that impact project outcomes.
Payment terms, billing schedules, and refund policies are defined in individual project agreements or pricing packages. Clients agree to pay all fees according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in paused services until accounts are brought current.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Krypton Industries retains ownership of pre-existing materials, frameworks, and methodologies. Deliverables created specifically for a client become the client's property upon full payment, subject to any third-party license restrictions embedded in tools or assets used during production.
Krypton Industries is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the preceding twelve months.
Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for payment of work completed through the termination date.
Krypton Industries may integrate third-party platforms and tools to deliver services. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts, subscriptions, and compliance with third-party terms where applicable.
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
